General Service Terms
Pricing Policy:
Service charges are based on the scope, area size, condition of the premises, and service requirements. Additional charges may apply if the work scope exceeds the initially assessed area.
Payment Terms:
50% of the full amount has to be paid before work. The remaining payment should be paid after completion of the work through A/C payee cross cheque in favor of MBM-Munshi Bangladesh Limited or Cash after submission of our bil
Customer Responsibilities
* Ensure access to water and electricity during service delivery.
* Secure valuable and fragile items before service commencement.
* Ensure the service area is accessible and free from ongoing construction or renovation work.
* Verify completed work before the service team leaves the premises.
Additional Notes
* Any increase in service scope may result in additional charges.
* Service-related concerns must be reported during or immediately after completion of the service.
* MBM-Munshi Services reserves the right to assess site conditions and adjust service requirements accordingly.
